Through the Bula Festival, Fijian audiences and artists come together to celebrate creativity, identity, and collective expression. The festival provides a platform for local talent to engage directly with communities, strengthening cultural pride while creating opportunities for dialogue and collaboration.
In parallel, the UK/Fiji International Creative Exchange Programme (ICEP) 2025 extends this people-to-people approach internationally, enabling Fijian creatives to connect with UK counterparts, share skills, and build lasting professional and cultural relationships.
Together, these initiatives demonstrate the power of culture to connect people at home and abroad—supporting creative livelihoods, reinforcing national identity, and contributing to inclusive, sustainable partnerships between Fiji and the United Kingdom.
